Cranberries Okara Pai Bao


Cranberries Okara Pai Bao ~ 蔓越莓豆渣大排包 
(Recipe adapted & modify from Nasi Lemak Lover)

Ingredients

50g Okara
40g dried cranberries

250g bread flour

30g plain flour 
40g Sugar

180g black bean soy milk  

1 tsp instant yeast
30g Shortening

Soft & fluffy bread
