Baked Okara Croquette

Okara Croquette  
200g Minced meat
1 Large Potato (peel, boil & mashed) 
50g Okara
1 Tbsp Cornflour
salt & pepper to taste
1 egg
Bread crumbs

Crispy on the outside, soft & juicy inside =)
