125g Liv unsalted
butter

50g yoghurt
1 tbsp Cointreau
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder

Method:

Method:
1. Cream
butter & sugar till light & fluffy. Add in eggs slowly & beat until
combined.
2. Sieve in flour, cocoa powder & baking powder, alternating with yoghurt & Cointreau.
3. Scoop batter into cupcake liners. Top with cinnamon chips.
4. Bake in a preheated oven @180C for 15mins.
