Corn Bread

Corn Bread
(Recipe adapted from flour package)

1 cup Corn Meal
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Corn Oil  

1. Mix egg, milk & oil together in a bowl.

2. In another bowl, mix flour, corn mean, sugar & baking powder together.
3. Add (1) into (2) & mix until combined. Bake in a preheated oven of 425F for 30mins.

Will some added canned corn taste like kenny rogers muffins?

I supposed it will cos the taste is almost like kenny rogers muffins. KR's muffins are softer & moist.

Corn bread is my Quay Lo's favorite to go with bean soup. We made this at home too:D

i wish to try making corn bread too. HOw do you find the recipe? is it good?

I find it soft but a bit on the dry side. There are 2 recipes provided on the package, I have yet to try the other one :)
