Matcha Delight
(Recipe adapted & modify slightly from HHB)
Ingredients:

250g cream cheese
2 Tbsp icing sugar
1 Tbsp Cointreau + 1 Tbsp matcha powder + 1 Tbsp water

200g non-dairy whipping cream
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk ingredients (A) together.
