Call me 'mountain tortoise' if you want. Why? The truth is... I had never eaten scones before! I finally pluck up my courage & tried baking scones after reading Bakertan's blog. I totally agreed with him that these scones were so good that I could eat them on their own without any jam or butter. I baked my scones slightly longer in the oven as I love them to be crispy on the outside.
