Hi Cathy, your swiss roll look so nice, love the pattern.
I did one on Sunday but half  the design stuck on the greaseproof paper. :(

Hmm.. your design stuck on paper? Is it because you remove your tray too early & the pattern is not 'cook' yet?

 Hi Cathy, I bake 190 deg c for 1 min. Another blogger told me  to increase the oven temp to 195  deg c .
I'll give it a try again. Most probably as you mention not fully "cook"
