poppy seeds are banned in spore cos is an oilseed obtained from the opium poppy. you can click under my natural yeasts posts to see how I grow my own yeast. In western countries, they usually use natural yeast to make sourdough bread. Instant yeast comes in packet form & is easily available in supermarkets or baking ingredients stores.

Hi Cathy, what's wrong with poppy seeds and what do you mean by natural yeast? What's the difference between this and instant yeast?
