Cranberry Scones


Cranberry Scones 
(recipe adapted & modify slightly from here

Ingredients:  
2 cups blanched almond flour 
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
60g honey
1 large egg
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1/3 cup dried cranberries

Method: 
1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt & baking soda.
2. Add in honey, egg, lemon zest & cranberries.
3. Chill dough in freezer for 10mins. Roll out dough to 1" thick & cut into 8 wedges.
5. Bake in a preheated oven @180 for 20mins.
