Corn Fudge Cake


Corn Fudge Cake
(recipe adapted & modify from Lily's Wai Sek Hong)


* Add in a packet of Del Monte cream corn
* Omit green coloring, Pandan paste & dessicated coconut


Verdict: A creamy & soft cake. I simply love the bits of corn in the cake.
You must give this a try if you are corn lovers! ;)

hehehe, actually b simple. Btw, I use sponge cake base instead. :)
