上海生煎包


上海生煎包

(Recipe adapted & modify from Carol)  

Ingredients: 
Bao skin 
300g plain flour
1/2 tsp yeast
10g sugar
1/8 tsp salt
170g water
20g oil 

Fillings 
300g  minced meat
1 packet spring onions
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
white & black pepper
