Chocolate Molten Cakes

Ingredients
175g chocolate melted & cooled
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
25g salted butter
25g sugar
25g plain flour
1 tsp Rum
Method:
1. Cream butter & sugar together till light & fluffy.
2. Add the beaten eggs gradually, beating all the time, then add Rum & mix well. Sieve in the flour, fold well with a
rubber spatula followed by the melted chocolate, fold well again.
3. Divide among cups.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 8mins.
