Onion Sausage Focaccia


Onion Sausage Focaccia 
(bread recipe adapted from Carol)

Ingredients:
200g bread flour
100g plain flour
1/2 tsp yeast
20g oil
1 big onion, diced, sautee till brown slightly
180ml water 
*Direct method

Toppings:
Sausages
Parsely
Garlic tomato paste
