Yam ku kueh
Ang ku kueh is one of my favourite snacks since young. I still remember the traditional Ang Ku kueh has fillings like grounded peanuts, salty bean paste or green bean paste. My mum gave me the An ku kueh mould recently & I decided to try making my own Yam ku kueh with peanut fillings. They really tasted great, so soft,
chewy & sweet! *^_^*

Steamed pau & spare ribs
Almost wanna gave up while making these pau halfway.... I simply could not get the 'swirl pattern' right! Felt so frustrated at my clumsy fingers.. :(
