Green tea cookies & Durian mousse cake
People who know me definitely know that I am not a fan of durians. In fact, I can't even stand the smell of durians! My hubby, on the other hand loves durian. Thus, to satisfy his cravings, I agreed to make him a durian mousse cake. I also baked some green tea cookies so as to try out my new cookie letterpress set.

Happy Birthday !
I am having my last NSL lesson with my students tomorrow. Time really flies,
I could still remember my first day of sch with these bunch of 'monkeys' & now 1 semester is gone. How I wish I can teach them again in Semester 2!
I promised to have a mini celebration with them on the last day
of class cum celebrate one of my student's (Roy) birthday. I made a total of 28 cupcakes & a 7" cake (Tri-marble cake) covered with fondant. Happy 17th Birthday & we love you Roy! *^_^*
P/S: (Last pic) Our dear birthday boy cutting the cake after we all sang him the birthday song.

C is for Cathy....
I bet no woman can resist the temptation of buying new clothes, shoes or even BAGS! Me too! Retail therapy always improves my mood *^_^*
Having a new 'chanel' bag is definitely not enough, I need more bags to match my other outfits. Since pink is my favourite colour, I decided to make a pinky white sporty bag.
Yeah, I know I am not a pro in sculpturing & there are flaws in my sporty bag. Do pardon me as this is only my 2nd
attempt in making my own handbag cake.

Happy Nurses' Day !
"Nurses dispense comfort, compassion & caring without even a prescription" ~ Val Saintsbury
I have never regret choosing nursing as my career. For the past 11yrs+, I truly enjoy this diverse & dynamic career. Nurses are caregivers, patient educators, advocates, researchers.... Wow... We are 'Superman' & 'Superwoman' *^_^*
Today is an important occasion for us to recognize & pay tribute to all nurses. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all my friends, colleagues & nurses all over the world, "Happy Nurses' Day"!
