鲜肉酥饼


鲜肉酥饼  
(Pastry recipe adapted from Carol) 

Fillings:

300g minced meat
6 prawns, minced
spring onions, sliced 
carrots, sliced into cubes
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
black pepper
*mix all ingredients together in a bowl & clingwrap. Put in fridge.
