Double Choco Muffins
Double Choco Muffins (Recipe adapted & modify from Cakes & Bakes)
Ingredients
100g plain flour
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
13g Cocoa powder
40g brown sugar
1 egg
100ml milk
50g oil
60g white choco chips
Method:
1. Sift flour, baking & cocoa powder together in a bowl. Stir in sugar & white choco chips.
2. Whisk egg & oil in another bowl until frothy. Add in milk gradually until combined.
3. Stir into dry ingredients until just blended.
4. Divide the mixture evenly between the paper cases.
5. Bake in a preheated oven @ 180°C for 25mins

Haha, this book is a gift from my friend. So far, I only tried 3 recipes from there i think. ;)

Btw gal, do u usually knead bread by hand or by mixer or by bread machine and do u have any video that show how to knead by hand?
I just try bread making and failed terribly... :( so thought of u since u made bread often...

I usually throw all ingredients into my stand mixer. It will beat into a dough after 5mins :)
