Moist Chocolate Cake (recipe adapted from Table for 2) Ingredients: 2 cups Blue Jacket plain Flour 2 cups fine sugar 3/4 cup cocoa powder 2 tsp baking soda 2 eggs 1 tsp salt 1 cup oil 1 cup boiling water 1 cup buttermilk (I use 1 cup non dairy whip cream + 1 Tbsp lemon juice) 2 tsp rum Fillings: non dairy whip cream Hershey's chocolate syrup ready to eat chestnuts Method: 1. Place all ingredients in a mixer & whisk till batter is smooth. 2. Pour into prepared tray. 3. Baked in a preheated oven @160 for 30mins.
