Hi cathy, i tried your recipe but i encountered some problems: 1. Mine has strong eggy smell and very pale in colour, i think its not as soft as yours, what's wrong? 2. What size of the baking tray do you use? 3. Do you grease your tray? Because half of my picture batter stuck on the baking paper 4. For the picture batter recipe, do you mean 20 g of egg white or whipped egg white? Sorry for asking so much, your answer is kindly appreciated
