Carrot Bacon Loaf

I swear I didn't add colouring to my loaf. I had only added home made fresh carrot juice into the dough! Weird... how did my orange coloured carrot juice dough ended up as a yellow coloured loaf? I am totally puzzled.


This is how my loaf looks when it was out of oven. Pretty right? ;P

*sigh* so disappointed to see the colour changed after slicing my loaf :(

  6. haha the color is normal from what i search online, carrot contains more yellow substance of something forgotten liao, it very beautiful vibrant yellow you should love it coz its your favorite color! so light and fluffy as well.. see i so kelian until now then can use comp sigh....

  7. Cathy, it looks fine. There must have been a chemical reaction that occurred when the baking/powder soda came into contact with the carrot juice. I love the swirl in the bread. I hope you have a good day. Blessings...Mary
