Almond Meal Butter Bread

 
Almond Meal Butter Bread  
(Recipe adapted & modify from Carol) 

Ingredients:
250g bread flour 
30g plain flour
1 Tbsp 紅麴粉
50g almond meal
1 tsp yeast
30g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
205g milk
30g butter
*Direct method
