Parmesan Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1.5 cups milk
1 cup flour3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese powder
Butter
Method
1. Whisk flour, eggs & milk in a medium bowl. Add in cheese powder. Let stand for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 400F. Placed a 1cm cube of butter into each muffin tins, then place in oven for 1min. Carefully pour batter into cups, filling each 1/3 full.
3. Bake until puffed & golden brown, about 30mins.
