    this looks good! the jelly layer is coffee gelatine? the perimeter looks like a chocolate brownie to me.

    Yeap you are right Bakertan. The 2 jelly layers are coffee gelatine. The perimeter supposed to be sponge fingers but my batter gets too runny... kekeke ;P
