People who know me definitely know that I am not a fan of durians. In fact, I can't even stand the smell of durians! My hubby, on the other hand loves durian. Thus, to satisfy his cravings, I agreed to make him a durian mousse cake. I also baked some green tea cookies so as to try out my new cookie letterpress set.

ReplyDeleteI dun own baking books but I love to surf net for recipes. I am using my own sponge cake recipe & got the mousse fillings recipe from Aunty Yochana & modify slightly. *^_^*
