Gluten Free Almond Cuppies
(Recipe adapted & modify from Cedele)
Ingredients:
120g Ground almond | |||||
15g Cornflour | |||||
1/2 tsp baking powder | |||||
1 egg | |||||
40g sugar | |||||
15g Liv unsalted butter, melted | |||||
25g baileys | |||||
Method:
1. Mix almond, cornflour & baking powder together. Set aside.
2. Whisk eggs & sugar till fluffy. Add in butter & baileys.
3. Fold in the dry ingredients.
4. Spoon batter into moulds & sprinkle cake crumbs. Bake in a preheated oven @ 180C for 15mins.
