Ingredients: 400g plain flour 1 tsp yeast 80g sugar 1/2 tsp double baking powder 200g water 1 Tbsp oil Fillings: Minced meat, prawns, spring onions Seasonings: Soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil, a bit of ginger juice Method: 1. Mix all ingredients together & knead into a dough. Proof for 1.5hrs. 2. Divide the dough into portions 50g each & wrap fillings. Proof for another 45mins. 3. Steam the buns for 15mins.
Method: 1. Whisk butter & sugar till fluffy. Add in eggs slowly& continue to whisk until combined. 2. Add in sifted flour, baking powder, lemon zest & juice. 3. Bake in a preheated oven @ 170degrees for 20mins.
