I saw lotsa cafe selling big pieces of Lamington during my recent trip to Australia. I was very curious about its taste. Finally, I made some myself today! I din know that chocolate & dessicated coconut makes such perfect couple! I can't resist eating after taking my 1st bite. My hubby & I love them! *^_^*

This is one of the best chocolate cake that I ever baked. The cake is so moist & rich. I ate 3 slices after it was out of my oven. *^_^*

Sweet corn agar agar
