Chocolate cake & Pandan coconut cupcakes


I had 3 egg whites sitting in my fridge left over from yesterday sesame ice cream. So, I made a small loaf of chocolate cake. It was very soft & light just like chiffon cake. It was delicious!
I also made 5 small pandan coconut cupcakes. They turned out to be so green in colour. Opps... I should have cut down my pandan paste to 1/4tsp! I love the coconut butter toppings on the cupcakes. *^_^*
