I made a triple layer cheesecake this afternoon. It consists of chocolate layer at the bottom after the biscuits, lemon layer in the middle & coffee layer on top. I simply love the cheesecake! Its sweet & slightly sour with a light coffee taste. Perfect combination! *^_^*

It is rare to see a layered cheesecake. Very innovative! I came across a neapolitan cheesecake which has vanilla, strawberry and chocolate layers from a book. I supposed u freezed the first layer before adding the 2nd layer and freezed the 2nd layer before adding the 3rd? It i see this selling outside, I wont hesitate to buy one to try. Nice!

Thanks. This cheesecake was steamed baked layer by layer instead as eggs were added. *^_^*
