I baked these chocolate melting moments quite sometime back. I piped them using a star nozzle into small bite size. They were soft yet crunchy & melted in mouth. I simply love it! I tried baking melting moments again today but I did not add in cocoa powder this time. I roll the dough into small balls & use a fork to press down on the surface to form the characteristics pattern. Oh, guess what? The best part of the melting moments is that it does not contains any eggs!
