Lemon curd cheesecake


I had a left over lemon in my fridge. So, I decided to try baking lemon curd cheesecake. I love the refreshing lemon smell while grating the lemon zest. Oh ya, I added cocoa powder to the crushed biscuits this time too! Tat explained why the crust is dark brown in colour.
My verdict of the cheesecake: Thumbs up. I love the combination of cheesecake with a thin layer of lemon curd. It tastes even better when eaten the next day! *^_^*
